For every sunrise touched with mist
For the color green
And the way the light shines through trees just turning their faces towards fall.
We are thankful.

For days defined by space
And the people we choose to fill it
Because we know time is a linear fortune.
We are thankful.

For the opportunity of choice
And the discretion to choose “shepherd”
Because we know with it comes purity of intention.
We are thankful.

For the offerings of Earth
For all her cycles, jubilations, and tribulations
Because we know she chooses uniquely for each of her lambs.
We are thankful.
