Coconut Ginger Recipe:

  •  Bring water to a boil
  • Add thin slices of ginger
  • Simmer 8-10 minutes
  • Turn off heat
  • Remove ginger (optional)
  • Add Coconut Milk and Honey
  • Garnish with mint leaves if you choose....
