Coconut Ginger Recipe:
- Bring water to a boil
- Add thin slices of ginger
- Simmer 8-10 minutes
- Turn off heat
- Remove ginger (optional)
- Add Coconut Milk and Honey
- Garnish with mint leaves if you choose....
